Registration
- Mas is included in the DOUBLE PLAY packages once registered for both J'Ouvert + Mas.
Refunds & Cancellations
- No. We do not offer refunds. Carnival costumes are customized items.
Sizing
- All order sizes are final one month prior to the carnival dates. It is recommended that you measure yourself prior to ordering if you are uncertain about your size.
Collection
- Yes. When they come to collect, make sure that the person collecting has the receipt of payment along with a picture of your ID.
- Yes. All costumes not collected by closing hours on the final date of collection will be made available for purchase to all interested masqueraders on the next day. The sales transaction will be done on a first come, first served, cash and carry basis. Management reserves the right to suspend this process at any time.
- The costume distribution schedule will be posted on our social media pages.
- You can collect your costume on any day after your designated date until the end of official distribution. However, priority is given to persons collecting on their designated day.
Payments
- All balances must be paid four weeks prior to carnival. Costumes with balances after this will automatically be uploaded for resale and you will lose your deposit.
- Yes, you can make partial payments up until your final payment date.
- Yes, online payments are facilitated and accepted.
Band Day
- The starting point is at the Scarborough Food Hub Car Park next to Orange Hill NP Gas Station.
- J'Ouvert — Masqueraders should assemble for 3am at the Mas Camp.
- Mas — Masqueraders should assemble at 9am TBA.
- Your security band identifies you as a member of Fog Angels J'Ouvert + Mas and also provides you with all of the amenities covered under your costume package. Please keep the band secure and do not remove the band unless requested.
Sections
- No, section changes will not be permitted.
- Fog Angels only allows paying masqueraders to jump in the band. Non-masqueraders may observe from the sidelines outside the security ropes; however, they will not be allowed to participate.
- Yes. There would be moments when all persons need to gather in their specific sections for judging. Once this is over, you are free to have #fun with everyone in the band.
